  12. I think that if more than one or two persons are going to do this work, a 
  13. cetralized "Mission control" is needed. Someone who designs the code and 
  14. gives out assignments to other coders. Otherwise, this won't be anything 
  15. more than a forum for the coder(s) and the people who test the code.
